How You Can Help


The Foundation invites your support to help us improve the health and wellbeing of north Queenslanders.  All donations whether great or small, are valuable and important to the Foundation.  If you wish to donate, become a Friend of the Foundation, organise corporate sponsorship of one of our programs, or leave a bequest to the Foundation, please fill in the details below.

Friends of the Foundation

"Friends of the Foundation" provide both financial and physical support for the activities of the Foundation. In return for subscriptions, they receive copies of the Foundation newsletter, Annual Reports, invitations to special events held by the Foundation and discounts to most functions.

  • 1 year family subscription – 4 family members $33
  • 2 years individual subscription $38.50
  •  2 years family subscription – discounts for 4 family members $60.50
  • Life subscription $165
  • Partner Life subscription $82.50
  • Corporate/club/organisation subscription – membership privileges for 5 people $55/annum (all prices include GST)

 

Corporate Sponsorship

Enhance your organisation's image by supporting one of our specific programs. Your organisation will be acknowledged in all publicity and will be associated with the health outcomes of the projects. Corporate sponsorship can be discussed with the Executive Officer, Phone (07) 40310145.


Bequest
